I find the therapists at Saco Bay PT to be very professional and knowledgeable at helping to heal medical issues.
This company can not keep track of invoices, has not reflected what has been paid and is the most difficult company I've ever tried to work with regarding invoicing. STAY AWAY!!! I can't stress this enough, take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy spending hours on the phone only to not get any answers yet continue to receive bills after they've been paid,
Do not visit. Incompetent at billing via your insurance. After being told my insurance will cover all my visits I started receiving bills of varying amounts for the exact same service. Some with insurance covering, some without. After ringing them they assured us that they would solve it. They then sold the amount to a debt collector without resolving it. AVOID.
Cody is tough, but thorough. I enjoy going to occupational therapy, even though it's tough. But I know I'll feel better when it's over.
I recently visited your South Portland office and experienced a very thorough and thoughtful assessment from Jeffrey Thibadeaux, DPT. He was kind, considerate and listened so well. He investigated my concerns with care and empathy. I was treated with respect which I deeply appreciated. Thank you for an effective and supportive experience.
