Their mechanic, Brian, responded to our call to AAA. The battery on our car had died. Brian attempted to charge it and it took a long time. He said he didn't want us to get stuck again and kept trying to charge it, however he determined that it was so drained, that we wouldn't make it to the mechanic.. Without hesitation, although by this time it was 7:30 PM, he offered to tow it to our mechanic and drop it off. We were so grateful, but his said, "It's part of my job!". My daughter hit a pothole on 378 last week. While I was on the phone with AAA, the woman said she will send a truck out immediately, then we can do the clerical work. The tow truck arrived right away. After determining the problem was more then a flat tire he didn't hesitate in making sure my girl was safe and got her off the highway. That is the more important then any damage to her car. He then delivered her car and her right to my shop. You can't beat that for customer service.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit me to have my car released and the women who answered the phone at Sack's screamed at me and said I was talking to fast for her. Then I asked that she send an itemized bill to the insurance company for them to pay to release the car. The women said we don't bill, cash only and hung up the phone. I called 4 more times to try and arrange someway of getting my car to an appropriate collision center and the c... read more

They took my car, they rammed it up the flatbed knowing my car is low in the front with a fiberglass bodykit. To top it off my camera was missing when I got my car back. I'm highly upset. Police said I have to take it up with them. That it should of been in the car. My camera was placed on the driver seat by police before they towed my car. Now it's no where to be found. I was appalled by how Donna, the clerical lady, spoke to me when I picked up my car. I smiled politely, and said nothing in response as she huffed and puffed about writing up my bill. She is extremely rude, and I don't need to spend hundreds of dollars to be spoken to that way. The towing service on the other hand was very helpful. The man who towed me was very kind and honest.

The driver of the tow truck broke my key in the ignition after being told the key won't turn just wanted it towed to a garage, had the nerve to tell he had Tonto tow it, but when it got towed back the tow truck driver from another company even said he didn't have to touch it just tow it. Now they are saying they aren't held responsible. Instead of changing the tumbler I now have to change the whole ignition. Just checked to double check they are not mechanics so don't try to be if you are not going to take responsibility for... read more
