This is the worst place to rent from, take it from me DO NOT RENT FROM SACKETT INVESTMENT! The landlord is impossible to get in touch with, never in office during hours, and does not return calls. As of this moment I am still waiting on my deposit check to be reimbursed and the landlord won't even return my calls. Horrible experience and a loss of hundreds of dollars, even after having to fix the rental house ourselves (no door bell, smoke detector, blinds, shower rods, etc

Best agency to buy from
To whom it may concern, Hello Tom long time no here! I bought Lots from sackett investment Co. 5 to be real, and He and his Family were honest and did bussines right the first time , My mistake was to sell off at the wrong time cause I was going threw a Devorse, But what TOM and Judy sold me would of made me a rich Man and I miss them all and thank them for there Honesty! God Bless you all Rainbow lakes estates was the best !
