Excellent Doctor, thorough, and very caring!
I've been seeing Dr Kapur for about 3 years now. I started at the Orland Park location then followed him to Tinley Park, and I love this Dr and his office staff! I have a very complicated medical history, and I appreciate how Dr Kapur takes/took his time, getting to know me and my medical and personal past. He always walks in with this awkward little messenger bag (which I used to think was odd, or meant he was rushing to get somewhere), but it doesn't effect the amount of time he spends in the room with you. “You should have looked at MyChart” -Neurology Receptionist. The call center provided the old address at time of scheduling. Showed up 10:50am at the correct address versus 10:30am appointment time even after going to the old address ahead of the scheduled time and calling to inform them they provided the wrong address and that we are on the way. This is how patients are treated over 5 minutes. And you get charged for being late. But when the doctor’s late it’s ok. Last time we had to wait 45 min after being checked in. My w... read more
