Good communication, unhurried manner, and big smile helped me feel at ease with my surgeon. I appreciated his visit while I was in recovery. Excellent post-op visit two weeks later. Very knowledgeable and very skilled. The Houston Methodist Hospital is over-the-top with responsiveness, patience, care and compassion, good communication and listening skills, good teamwork. Everyone I met was professional and friendly.
I have been to few hospitals and doctors in the northeast side of Houston. Due to my elderly parents. Methodist is by far the Best! I don’t believe I could say anything negative. This is the most positive, happiest humans you could possibly imagine. I am extremely grateful! Thank you! Well Done!
Best hospital and best doctor
Worst customer service ever! I sent a message directly from my chart on 4/1 and it says that they will normally answer between 24-48 hrs. As of today Monday April 6 No Answer or Reply. This has happened many times before. Doctor is great but his staff not so great.
