We enjoyed living in Sachem village for the past 2 years. Here are some pros and cons: pros: -It has a real sense of community with people organizing cookouts & small group dinners as well as constantly giving away/selling home goods and furniture -Absolutely gorgeous area, especially in summer with greenery and trees all over -The rent is relatively cheaper than the housing around, plus a close proximity to Dartmouth (2 miles away). -Mellissa and the maintenance team has always been responsive and efficient with whatever co... read more
