Dr WILLIAM DiTolla was the best..I had been his patient for over 50 years. He was fair, kind and very gentle. Since he retired the office has become a factory trying to rip off the patients. When I asked for prior records they said don't keep the records from years ago, what's the sense of going to the same office when they don't keep your record's. I will be leaving this practice due to multiple disappointing experiences.
Yesterday was my 1st Visit there , They took X-rays , The dentist came in dr wolfe i think his name is Looked at my teeth , He didnt tell anything about my X Rays, He told me to wait for the oral surgeon who is doing a surgery at the time so I left not knowing what’s going on Dentist could at least told me if I had cavities and if need any teeth pulled, and I have my own Oral Surgeon I wasn’t there to see their oral surgeon,
Dr Wolfe is the best. The staff is very friendly
Had a 30 second exam and was told They didn’t have the sedation medicine to have an oral Surgeon remove my tooth. I’m in extreme pain they sent me to a satellite office and they can’t extract it either for a week or more. Do not recommend. Waste of my time and money
everything about sachem dental is amazing, the staff is always goes above and beyond and the bedside manner from the Dental hhygienists to the dentist is above the norm. I've had a few emergency walk-ins for tooth pain and they took me right in.
not asking for $250 up front for one tooth extraction would be a start. i am never coming back.
Been using them for a number of years now.. always pleasant , and they pretty much take you on time or earlier!!!
