I had an appointment with Dr Noor today, May 23, 2024, for my margarine injection. The appointment I got from his team was the day before, which means May 22, 2024. Today, when I reached the office after 15 minutes, the nurse took me to the doctor's room. She got my signature on the consent form and told me to wait for the doctor. He would be in the room shortly, but after 10 minutes, another nurse came and changed my room. Having a stroke is something I wish no one would ever have to go through and it has been difficult road to be on. With that being said, I am extremely grateful for Dr. Sachdev's care and expertise. I feel confident having my husband in his care. His office staff -especially Marc are helpful and even go the extra mile when I need assistance.
Amazing MD, I suffer from severe migraine to the point where I can't function and have to sleep it off all day and no meds were working but when I saw Dr. Sachdev, the treatment he gave me helped me so much to the point that I haven't had a migraine in the last 3 months. He was God sent. Highly highly recommend him.
I have worked in a medical office.... and I understand being busy (I worked for 5 doctors) and not being able to contact patients right away. At this office I feel like they dont really care about you. Thats a pretty bad feeling when you are clearly there because you dont feel good. It took me months to get them to send my auth for my MRI's I was suppose to have. I had to call them multiple times and each time they said they would call me back and never did. A good staff is very important.
