My daughter normally sees Dr Otu (who is FANTASTIC), but recently saw Sacha for the first time. She's incredible!! It meant a lot to my daughter that she talked TO her, not just ABOUT her while she's sitting in the room. She took the time and care to explain things to not only me, but to my daughter in terms that she would understand. She never made us feel rushed, or that our questions were bothersome or ridiculous. We absolutely love her!! She is great with my daughter and truly cares for her.
Sacha Patel, FNP was so wonderful! Not only was she thorough with my daughter but she was personable and didn’t rush us out of the room. I felt like I had her undivided attention and she really listened to my daughter. That is very uncommon in my town which is why I travel to Willis Knighton for Dr Otu and FNP Patel! Even the office staff and our nurse were top tier! We won’t see anyone else that’s for sure.
I had Sacha Patel for my son's appointment. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very thorough in the exam. She didn't rush and I really appreciated that. Helped us with a plan for my son.
