Very kind and considerate in sales, but if any work is done to vehicle BE CAUTIOUS! Owner DOES NOT stand behind work. Damaged rubber boot on break caliper when replacing breaks, which caused it to fail, and WOULD NOT take care of it. We went back and forth on the phone trying to get something out of it and was extremely rude when talking. Very disappointed with the outcome of the situation. I will never be going back and am telling all friends and family who are looking for a vehicle to never consider thinking of going to Saccuccis.
