WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Do not do business with these Dbags. Of all the horrible customer service I have experienced during my time in RI, these folks are the worst. I went in to inquire about maintenance and there was a big sign in their maintenance department that said to do oil changes every 5,000 miles. Of course my owners manual says to follow the maintenance minder in my vehicle. So, out of curiousity I ask why they recommend something other than what the manual says. Terrible Sales Department Treatment Had an appointment with a salesperson. Got their a few minutes before, and he told me he'd be with me in just a couple of minutes, as he was just finishing up with a new customer who had just come in before me. I waited for over an hour, and when I finally had to leave, I went to tell the manager. He said that the salesman was just doing his job, and then the manager tried to sell me a different car than I even came in for!
