Slum lords. This place has gotten worse and worse since it has been purchased. They don’t fix things for months if ever. Their maintenance man is a tenant that barely knows how to put a screw in a board and harasses people around the building. The maintenance man they had hired before I caught going through my garage without my consent. The “land lady” will threaten you to get her way and is just rude in general. The parking lot is icy, dangerous and never cleaned properly in the winter.
