Barbara was a super nice person and so was her husband the rooms did need a little bit of work but the hospitality was awesome. So if you're ever in Salmon Idaho go to Sacajawea Inn.
Came in at 1:30 am, quick and easy check in, they accepted our dog and the lady was very nice! The room was cute, beds super comfortable and the staff friendly. I highly recommend and will go there again!
The proprietors were great, with a price you can't beat. They offer breakfast at an unbelievably low price. We stayed 2 nights and will again!! Thank you guys for your hospitality.. Oh and love your pugs😁!!

Hey guys, we're safe and sound back in Evanston, WY and still talking about how much we enjoyed our stay with you. My review on TripAdvisor should be published in the next couple of days, so hit that up for the deets. For anyone else debating where to stay in Salmon, you're not likely to find hosts that remotely compare to Barbara and Walter at the Sacajawea! We look forward to staying there again, and enjoying the world-famous $3 breakfast :)
It's the only place we stay when in Salmon we have been going there for years and it is excellent always kind courteous hate to give a good review for the fact that other people will know but you got to try these people out fantastic individual
Great place, great owners and staff! Only place we will ever stay while in Salmon, and we highly recommend it to everyone and will tell everyone that we know, that this is the place to stay! Great job!
