All the office staff have an ugly attitude and they’re bitter. We love the doctor but not sure why he continues to employ such horrible people. They take FOREVER to send prescriptions because they aren’t educated enough to know how to do things properly and efficiently. Beware when contacting this office. Callers are asked to provide medical information and are told they will receive a callback after staff consult with the doctor. However, no follow up call was made, and when you call back, you are told there is “no record” of your prior interaction. This raises serious concerns about how patient information is being handled. THIS REVIEW IS TOWARDS STAFF Rosario is super rude & seems lazy when asked to do something , yet it's her job to do so, ALWAYS transfers the call to another staff bc she doesn't want to deal with it, she needs to be removed if she cannot handle her JOB .
