They were there for us, after a horrideous day dealing with the other medical agencies. We found out after our elderly mother had been discharged to a board and care home that the hospital bed was not delivered. We are still trying to get it delivered, but part of the process entails our mother, with her fractured pelvis, being transported to her primary care physician so that the physician can sign the documents requiring a hospital bed. HORRIBLE customer service. Lied to me and wouldn't even discount the horrible service that I should not have paid for but had no choice. There were to pick up my elderly father at the nursing home to transport him to a doctors appointment. This was the second time this company has transported him. The first time they were 1/2 hour late picking him up but he made his appointment via creative driving. By creative I mean not safe. They were still there 20 min later when his appointment ended. This is excellent gurney service. My husband was discharged form a hospital recently and he cannot walk or sit for 2 months because of his injuries, so we have to go to follow-up appointments with him laying on a gurney. After we were discharged, the hospital, of course, is no longer responsible for how he gets home but they gave us a super long list of all the sacramento transport services.
