Fantastic! Steaks literally melted in your mouth. Very good service & a nice setting. Will go back again!
We where seated right away and our drink order taken. 10 minutes later our waitress came to take our drink order. At that time she did take our food order which was 2 bacon cheeseburgers (they are trying to get them to be the best burger in Iowa for 2011) and a kids chicken strip meal. I love the rib eye. Ive eaten at high end restaurant and spent much more for much less. The steaks here are fantastic.
This is a great place to eat whether you have one of their steaks, the chop, their walleye, or one of their specials. Don't miss the Best Burger in the State - the Mushroom Swiss! Never disapponted in the food or the service. Well worth the trip.
The grilled pork tenderloin is one of my favorites.
Six of us had dinner a couple of weeks ago. Two of us had the small rib eye which was huge. The steak was quite inexpensive by Phoenix prices and cooked medium rare as ordered. The other four had sandwiches that were very good and reasonably priced also. The next time we travel to Iowa from Arizona we will be waiting at 5 PM for the door to open
We were at a wedding party here and the food was very good. Steaks were great. They have an Iowa Chop that is huge, and easily could feed two people. Had to haul half of my prime rib home, as it was the size of a small roast. I would highly recommend this place.
