Highly recommend Sac City Computer Hub even though I'm not a paying customer--but let me tell you why. My 3-yr old HP laptop's wifi card failed. I replaced it. Then it wouldn't boot back up. I had flashing lights on my CAPSLOCK button. Contacted three local computer repair shops in the grid and Ed was the only one to get back to me in a timely manner. I walked into sac city computer hub looking for a custom build pc and know very little about it but, with Ed's help he guided me and built me an amazing pc specific for my requirements. I can't thank Ed enough for being very patient and helpful with this experience. Ed is now my computer guy!
DO NOT GO HERE! No return policy and he's selling poorly made equipment at high prices. Bought an adapter from him and it broke immediately.
Got my laptop fan fixed, he changed the fan, reapplied the thermal paste and cleaned everything up, he did a diagnosis of my computer too and I always had a problem with my ram. Great guy, great prices, my go to repair shop. :)
Went in on a whim to purchase a gaming PC as all we have ever had is laptops. Needless to say, our new rig is AMAZING. Ed is so kind and personable, he even checked in with us later to make sure everything was working as we wanted. Now I can FINALLY play Baldur’s Gate 3…never thought that’d be possible for me on PC!
