I am so tired of trying to get medication refills from this office! They never answer the prescription line, you can leave 5 urgent messages and still nothing, call front desk-3 days later still nothing- and they are not very friendly or professional on the phone either!
Dr Mansour is the best urologist in quite a large radius. I started seeing him once I aged out of peds. I have a few issues going on and he’s been amazing with each. Very knowledgeable and explains things in a way I can actually understand, no medical limbo jumbo. He’s extremely kind and caring. Out of all my doctors he’s by far my favorite.
Dr. Mansour is a good dude, efficient pain free procedure, office was clean, and no problems for me months out. Absolutely no complaints. I will definitely return here if I need a urologist again.
Had my procedure canceled twice by Dr. Mansour on separate dates, the office staff is rude and now they have an AI bot when you call that is awful. Absoletly ridiculous!
