While the meat dishes were excellent, and the Chofan was spot on. The mofongo left a lot to be desired, it was dry and wasn't served with the traditional gravy or mojito. What Spanish restaurant serves mofongo with no mojito or gravy? The churasco and carne frita were excellent. But the mofongo really let me down.
