Just awful, waited 40 minutes, then they tell me it will be an extra hour wait!! Never going back there again!!
Sabrina and her team always do a wonderful job. They are always polite and conversational. They work fast but still efficienct. My nails always look great and they always help me come up with new nails designs for special occasions. Setting is nice with the aquarium and usually find a 'friend' in the chair beside me. I have been to a lot of nail salons and had a lot of bad jobs done. Been coming here for years and never a bad experience with Sabrina and her team!!!
The crew of Sabrina's nails are not polite at all. I went with my sister in law and I sat next to her when I was done and they were working on her, they gave me attitude and told me to get up which I got up and apologized. I also got a pedicure and I realized I could of done it better myself, I strongly disliked it, the nail polish was barely noticeable on my toes, the coat was very thin. The environment was very uncomfortable. They rush their work which makes it really sloppy. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!
Love how my nails are done. But every time I come in, I have to wait over an hour to get my nails done. There are people that miss their appointment time. And still come in and skip everyone. What is the point in making an appointment. This is ridiculous!
I have known Sabrina since she was at her previous shop. She was always the best tech and very much in demand! Since opening her own shop, her girls are very professional and the shop is clean. I got a pedicure in less than an hour and I love it!
Been going to Sabrina s Nails for several months now. Before that I went to different ones to find one that does a good job, but didn't find one til i went here. Will not go anywhere else now.
I have been going to Sabrina's since the shop opened two years ago. I will go NOWHERE else. The shop is always clean, the staff is consistent, professional, and friendly. I have taken family members there as well as friends. I have had nothing but positive experience each time. Sabrina and her staff know me by name, and I consider them friends. Sabrina's Nails is a welcome addition to the Hikes Point community.
Been going to Sabrina's Nails for almost 2 years. I have regular pedicures and manicures. I have always found the salon neat and clean. The sinks sparkle! Sabrina and her staff do an excellent job providing me with my pedicures and fill-ins. I have never been unhappy with any service I have received. I find the staff to be most kind and willing to please their customers. Very affordable and conveniently located in Hikes Point next to Big Lots. I highly recommend this salon.
Staff were polite, but parts of the salon were dirty (like the ceramic nail area...white dust all over the tools - yuk - glad I wasn't getting that service). The pedi chair was not comfortable (sunken in the middle) & only 'Auto' worked...one of the worst chairs I've ever sat in. I called before I went to ask if this salon still used razors to scrap heels and I was told `yes`...this was a chief reason for picking the salon.
