The worse experience I have ever had with someone sent to my home to perform work. He caused damage, refused to do the work I had hired him for, and threatened me within my own home. I should have called the authorities, but was too terrified. He towered over me, and had another man with him. I am new to the area and was looking for a company to pressure wash my lanai and pool cage. I called Sabrina's, and Joy, who is extremely professional and friendly scheduled the appointment and offered window washing as an additional service. We scheduled the appointment for the following Monday. The service person shoed as scheduled and quoted $299 for the windows and $250 for the lanai. He immediately went to work on the windows. We have used Sabrina's Gulf coast Window Cleaning a few times for cleaning our windows and the crew they sent out to clean the windows the first few times were stellar. So when we decided to have our house and cage power washed we decided to use them. They were scheduled for March 17th 2020 to power wash first and then the windows. They sent out a different crew that were differently not what we were used to from Sabrina's. The gentleman who washed all our windows did an excellent job. The windows were so clean our dog almost walked through the sliders to the lanai.

Ronnie came, explained and even offered to test clean one window to prove his ability to clean dirty water lime and calcium deposits from one of 5 panels of Lanai doors. He proved himself and did all 5 to perfection. We couldn't be more pleased with Ronnie's work and the results thereof. We will have him back on a periodic basis to keep the dirty water stains off. I would recommend Sabrina's and Ronnie to any one. ************ Ft Myers .
HORRIFIC! HORRID! AWFUL!! As a repeat customer I never in my wildest dreams thought this company fail to provide good service, LET ALONE CAUSE SIGNIFCANT DAMAGE TO MY HOME - I was sorely wrong. I hired SGCWC to power wash my house and it was a disaster. Not only was the actual power washing awful, but they caused in excess of $1500 damage to my house. From the Window Cleaner: As I was cleaning the front of the home I got too close to the wood and made an 8 to 10 inch mark on wood post by the door and hit a handrail. A little wood putty, sand it and paint would have fixed it. I showed Mr. ***** and he told me he had some paint so I could fix it . When I finished the job (cleaned all of the pool cage sprayed all of the deck down and finish the windows), I presented the bill.
