The office manager refused to allow the patient to speak to the doctor or medical assistant. I am convinced the medical staff is not aware of the things that have been requested. They would not have the medical assistant to call me to discuss submitting orders. First they say I need a biopsy and it was urgent then they said no I don't need, then they said make an appointment with other company to determine if biopsy is needed. But the letter received from them it was needed. Just unprofessional.
Dr. Mentock has been my primary care Dr. since 1995. today I called in at 8:15 am with UV exposure to my eyes, and Dr. Mentock was able to squeeze me in, given the urgency of my situation. She took the time to assess the condition and explain it to me. I felt better immediately. Thanks Doc!
