I had a very bad experience at Chicagoland Children's Health Alliance- Pediatric Immediate Care located at Wilmette, IL location. The Doctor (Sabrina M Lin) we saw and the nurses (Carmen, Amanda and this other nurse) were all very rude, unprofessional, confrontational, did not hear my concerns, condescending and just had extremely poor management of expectation.
