I took my dad to an appointment here today and a few minutes before his appointment, my GPS got me turned around. I called to have the receptionist verify the address and let her know we may be a few minutes late. She said they had a ten minute late policy, and after your appt would be rescheduled. I told her we should be able to get there before the ten minutes.
