Dr. Casares has been wonderful in helping us find an effective medication to support our child with ADHD. She patiently explained the pros and cons of different types of medications, compassionately listened to my concerns, and took a conservative and thoughtful approach to our child starting medication. She has been accessible via the patient portal to answer questions, and I love the telehealth option for seeing her.
My wife has been seeing this doc for headaches for years. Yesterday her office called and said they would no longer be accepting Cigna as of TODAY because they couldn't agree on her fee. So with no notice, my wife is out on the street with the extra stress of finding a new doc. This seems unethical to suddenly charge $360 an hour, doesn't it?
