He is a very good Inspector, he's a very good guy. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their house or business inspected.
He does not do his job! He is very lazy and dont do a full inspection. He didnt go up on the roof to inspect the condition now i have to pay for a damaged roof that if he inspected corrected ,the previous owners could have fixed the problem before i brought the property. I would not recommend him at all! This is sad you pay for a professional and thats not what he is. I am a first time home buyer an already have to get my roof fixed only being in the home for 2 weeks. Thats sad i feel he should be held responsible!

At the time of inspection roof was mostly covered with snow. I advised the customer that i couldn't climb up on the roof to inspect it due to the unstable snow and recommended that she get a roof certification from a licensed roofer or at least, have seller certify with recource that the roof didn't leak, She didn't follow my recommendation.
