They could try paying a decent wage. The big thing they need to try is actually caring about their employees. When an employee gets injured, doing what the company told them to do, and the company man in charge of injuries, does everything in his power to benefit the company, even at the cost of the employees well-being, it leaves a pretty nasty view of the company. If you don't care for your employees, your company will fail. Especially, with the direction society is going, now.
