If you like a solid house Use Sabre Homes to build it. If you like flaky contractors don't use Sabre Homes. Shane Cook knows the book and goes by it. I've lived in my home that Shane built for two years now and have Zero complaints in fact I marvel at the craftsmanship within almost daily. Shane brought ideas in the beginning of the construction that only a contractor with vision could provide.
