There is an entitled tenant who tries her hardest to make everyone's life difficult. A different neighbor has gotten the cops called on him for talking on the phone (mind you, it's at reasonable hours), and I have no issue with it. I have gotten complaints about practicing my music (I'm a pianist). I go above and beyond to accommodate. Usually, I only play weekends in the afternoon (to keep the peace), yet still, my door gets banged on, and as a result, I get preyed on. Mirela and Azer's dedication to maintaining the building's facilities has been impressive. Their friendly and helpful nature has made our stay at 5900 North Sheridan building very pleasant. They have addressed issues promptly and efficiently.

The apartments here are very spacious and well-maintained. Azer and Mirella are incredibly helpful—they address any issues right away and are always kind and professional. I highly recommend this building if you're looking for rental units in the area.

This place had mice and roaches it was beyond miserable. Stay away. It's a shame because the building could be so much more.

I had the pleasure of calling this (5900 N Sheridan Rd.) apartment building my home for two wonderful years, and it was truly an notable experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the building. It was evident that the management team and building engineers took great pride in maintaining a spotless and well-maintained environment.
