We are the 3rd owners of this house. We decided to remodel the powder room because it still had original fixtures and we wanted to update it a bit. Our first issue was with the light. There was no junction box- which from my research, was required when the house was built. It shouldn’t have passed inspection but did... One of their trucks was at North Kent transfer station dumping cardboard and the guy was super self center. He backed up super close to the building and at an angle blocking multiple parking spots that they just painted to make sure everyone has easy access to all the doors. He was so far back he dam near couldn't even fit between his truck and the building. Very disrespectful to other users
