I love going in for my appt. As soon as I go in, the front desk ladies are so nice and always smiling. Not a long wait to get into the back. Kevin my hygienist (beyond excellent) takes the time to greet me and explains everything he is going to do at that time..very gentle always ask if I am ok. His assistant Angelica is great too always has a smile asking if I need anything, if I am comfortable. Dr. Copeland you are the GOAT.
