IM WORRIED FOR MY MOTHER No Help Rude Staff No Sunlight for patients no proper treatments My Mother's Case Manager SAMANTHA Is no help and Rude always to busy to help us or my mother after my mother wrote a bad review and now my mother can't talk I've asked for a referral over five times and my father has asked her if she can send referral to encompass and she said no I'm busy and walked away but some how she's always by her computer and Phone and yet we can't even get a call back or a reasonable response
In short, my 80-year-old grandpa has been living here since February of 2025 and I am extremely pleased with the care he receives from this facility. I 100% recommend this facility to anyone who seeks a rehabilitation or long term care center for their loved one. Walking through the front doors, you're met with smiling faces and compassionate people, a much more welcoming and jovial atmosphere than I experienced at similar rehabilitation or long term care facilities. I am so grateful for the wonderful kind care at this place and the high quality of nursing care by the CNA's the unsung heros there as well as the the great nurses and i had a wonderful doctor. the therapy was good just too little.of it . Anyting that was wrong is medicares rules. I even like the food.and the mexican soup was as good as MINIDITOS. the place is clean recently painted and in good repair. this is actually five star place and not like the rats nests you hear about. which needs to be fixed on this web site. This place lied to me, I called before I came and they said they could accommodate me I let them know that I have and anaphylactic responseonions and onion powder. From day one they never got anything right everything about me I had onions are in it the staff was horrible not all but majority. Please don't bring your family here. Nurses are not answering the calls. Patients are yelling for help. Our report this to the nursing board. They should be shut down permanently.
