Dr. Benel is very caring and compassionate. Very professional. If I am unable to see Dr. Benel in person I have the option to meet via zoom, which is a big plus. Also I can always email Dr. Benel if I have any issues or concerns and always get a quick response. Highly recommend Dr. Benel!! Great doctor.
Never remembered when you scheduled an appointment with her, so ended up waiting days for her to see you and always having to track her receptionist Patricia down to ask her why Dr. Benel forgot your appointment . Always forgot to call your prescription in, damn near in withdrawal waiting on your prescription. I stopped seeing her for 5 months and started seeing a new doctor not any better just as slack as her.
