terrible tuner, terrible mechanic.

Jim is not very professional and seems disinterested in his customers. While dyno tuning my bike the tire would lose traction as it approached redline and he didn’t even attempt to fix it. The sensors he stuffed down the tailpipe were poorly attached and blew out several times. At the end of the tuning he couldn’t tell me the torque for some reason, only horsepower and AFR. Of course the horsepower graph wasn’t accurate anyway due to the tire slipping. I wouldn’t recommend getting your bike tuned here.
Horrible experience...It all started last summer (May 2021) when I tried to get my bike tuned at Sabin Performance. My Power Commander needed to be updated and he didn't have the software to update it at the time (completely understandable). I paid him $100 for a partial tune thinking he would fully tune my bike once he found what he needed to update my Power Commander. 2 weeks go by, haven't heard from, I contact him, he says he hasn't found what he needs yet. Worst experience of my life. Dropped off to have the secondary butterfly unit removed, remap and dyno tune. Was told bike would be ready the following week. Jim kept my motorcycle for 4 months. Excuse after excuse and would go weeks with no communication and or returned phone calls. I zelled Jim $570 for a part(wire harness) he said was needed and a month later he told me he didn't order it and no longer needed it. He had my motorcycle from June to November.
