The doctor is very good listener, sincere and a excellent "people person" unlike some physicians I've run across. She's got a good sense of humor and gives me a feeling of security as I believe I'm in good hands with a very capable caregiver/doctor/human being.
I am a caregiver to my 80 year old mother. Dr. Friedrich took time to answer all of our questions thoroughly.
