I recently purchased a new home with Highland Homes and they recommended this company for our Security and Audio. We were able to get a salesperson at our home quickly for a quote and the installation was perfect. They installed security system, video surveillance and installed and programmed all our existing audio video equipment. Very happy customer!
After 6 years I am ending my service because of repeated billing problems and poor communication. A security code request from Saber went to my junk folder, but it only existed because the company failed to request the required information during a payment system change on their end. I sent in two email requests via Saber's online site to schedule audio/video service and called three times, and no one called me after a week. I had used SS to install all my TVs and I am a current security service subscriber so you would have thought I would at least received a call after a few days.
Saber did a large install on our home four years ago of prewire, AV systems and alarm. Was happy enough with the install so kept them as the monitoring company for the alarm. No major issues till we sold the house. Reached out to give them notice (two months) as soon as we could and things went downhill from there. They shut down our monitoring more than a month ahead of schedule right around Christmas Eve while we were away from home.
