This building has serious safety issues. I tried to get the management company to fix the stuck fire escape door for two years. Due to the concrete floor settling over the years (the building was constructed over landfill), the fire escape door was wedged shut. It could not be opened even with a crowbar. I just moved out and the door was still stuck. I also tried to get the management to replace the overhead warehouse light bulb. It requires a construction lift to reach the 30 foot ceiling.
