Whitestone in Stroudsburg PA, I don't recommend this place as my Dad is not dressed until very late in the day (2-3pm). I thought maybe they were under staffed, but the aides are too busy gathering and chatting with each other and you have to wait for a pause in the conversation to ask your question or find out what's going on. There is no supervision on the floor. Knocked on the Director of Nursing's door throughout the day, she wasn't ever in. my mom was at Amberwood for a short rehab stay. they took great care of my mom. She was in a private room and from the window it looked very clean. We are so pleased with the staff, they kept in contact with us about our mothers progress and were very pleasant. thank you amberwood.

I wanted to give special recognition to Nadia Caprice the Admissions Director at the New Castle, Delaware Saber Health location. Nadia was extremely helpful with my mother (Janet Scott) admission. Back in March 2020, just at the start of Covid, my mother fell and fractured her arm, she was already battling Pancreatic Cancer, mobility and now a fracture which limited her performing her daily care. I reside at one of the nursing homes in North Carolina saber healthcare is over every aspect they even give us the food recipes to make in the food is horrible we do not go on outings like other facilities in the area do the staff is terrible because we have agency out of Charlotte they are horrible they sit and play on their phones or talk on their phones . I would not suggest this place or any of my loved ones and I cannot wait until I get out of here it is a horrible horrible place!!
