I called trying to get my prescription for my cosentyx numerous times and it’s been a constant back and forth between the pharmacy and doctors office. It doesn’t seem like the office staff is very reliable nor efficient, they stated they called my pharmacy when they never did. I am very unhappy with the services with the office staff, I currently have a flare up and now I will be missing my dose for the month due to inefficiency.
Never met a doctor who takes so much time and effort to help a patient in pain. He listens and follows up to make sure I was ok. I called him in pain one day , he saw me the same day. He is professional, kind and caring. So happy I found him.
