My mother had Mohs surgery with Dr. Ciatti and had nothing but problems. First of all, they never run on time, you are always waiting. They have no respect for your time. My mother was having a lot of pain after surgery and she called the doctor's cell phone twice and never received a call back for 3 days when she was told the doctor doesn't prescribe pain medicine.
