Being a senior and pre-diabetic, went for eye exam. Just gave me the number for my reading glasses, no info about the status of my retina etc. Wanted me to pay additional CAD 65 for the test to scan my eyes. for which No one ever charged me reason given was that the test was not covered by OHIP Surprising and frustrating, no human touch. Not a single word of courtsy No views about my vision Regret why did I visit him
