Everything went smoothly and the staff was professional
I am pleased with the first appointment...I was in and out ...but more importantly THEY WERE EXTREMELY NICE AND LET YOU KNOW everything they were doing as we went. GLAD I changed to a more convenient location and UNIVERSITY HEALTH is going out of their way to make things go as smooth as possible. Thank you for all your WELCOMING employees...here and in the building as a whole. Much appreciated
Poor experience overall other than just the long wait time after getting there for my first and last ever appointment The front desk staff charged someone else's bill to my card- this was resolved before I left, but still weird. When I had scheduled the appointment over the phone, I verified that they accepted my insurance, so after my appointment, I gave them my insurance and paid my out-of-pocket portion.
