Had another company come in and quote the job, Sebastian and Sons came in just below but comparable in price. However, the level of care and consideration was well above that of the other company. They did good work and were considerate of other potential issues outside of what our current needs were. he was a nice guy when he came out for the quote but we had a scheduled appointment for friday and on the day of our appointment he didn’t provide a time frame, wasn’t responding to any of my texts or calls, and didn’t show up. I hope he’s ok! Maybe he just didn’t want to do it but in that case he should’ve just communicated that so I could get a different plumber, as it was a time sensitive leak and I fear his lack of communication could cost me more damage to repair.

After contacting my AHS provider and being sent a company called Hanson Industries LLC and them telling me that they needed to break through my cemented floor and was told the cost I reached out to our homeowners insurance agent and received Sebastian name and contact number, I explained what was going on and what the other company states. He recommended to do a much lesser approach and got the work done almost $1700 less and no breaking through out cemented floor.
