Kathy is excellent , Luis and Josh are amazing lenders - the product is really good - I wanted to buy a beautiful new home for my Wife and Son but the interest is just too high and keeping the payment at a very high level / so hard to buy a new home - as a fellow Agent this is making the home buying process so difficult 😣
I like that the homes in Sable Pointe have impact glass doors & windows, and are located minutes to the beach. These floor plans work for small and large family sizes.
