The residents here seem to think he’s OK to throw their garbage outside of the garbage compactor the garbage is piled up high like mountain it smells disgusting it looks disgusting you see animals there and it seem like nothing is being done I thought they had cameras there so they can reprimand or find the residence for this nonsense whoever is doing it
5 Leaks in 2 years there. Can never use tennis courts because they are locked.
My family and I truly love Sabal Pointe living. We love our spacious 3 bedroom apartment and the surrounding outside area. We are close to the tennis court and the scenery outside of our sliding class doors and windows is so relaxing. The rent is feasible as long as it stays at it's present rate. I love it here for so many reasons! 1. The office staff is wonderful and always attentive to residents needs. 2. Maintenance does a great job of keeping on top of any work orders you may need filled. 3. It's a quiet place which I love . 5. Great for pets with plenty of trash cans and doggy bags. It's a wonderful community and honestly my favorite apartment. They units are large and the layout is great not go mention you get storage included in your balcony. Awesome place : ).
I've been living her for 5 years and I must say that I have no complaints. I love the location and the access to the Sawgrass expressway. The school in the area are really good schools as well. Sara and Doreen are very helpful and let you know exactly what is possible and what is not in certain situations.
Finally I feel that I am home. That I can call sabal pointe home.
