I lived in this property for a full year, and it was the worst rental experience of my life. If you’re honestly looking to live somewhere for low cost, this may be the right place, but definitely expect to receive the worst service you’ve ever received from maintenance and from office staff. I’ve lived here for over a year and watched the maintenance staff changed almost every week. People come and go they are inconsistent. Get ready to have one unforgettable experience, dirty and old fashioned. But with a touch of garbage smell. Unreasonable charges? Not a thing here…. $20 a month for trash services when you have to deal with your own trash, and for the main container to look like landfill 24/7, the specialty.
I complained about my ac unit leaking at least 42 times. Maintenance only came to drain the water out using a shop vac, every time. Back in December of last year I noticed mold where the hot water heater is located because of a water leak. I contacted code enforcement and the apartment complex sent maintenance in to paint over the mold. I am allergic to mold so I became really ill.
