READ BEFORE APPLYING If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First and foremost, the process just to speak with someone before even submitting an application is an absolute nightmare. They never answer the phone. I called over 20 times in just three days and only got through twice—and those were to the off site office, who were no help at all. I just moved into The Summit at Sabal Park, and the experience has been good so far! From the beginning Cynthia made everything smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and ensured I had everything I needed. The apartment is spacious, the community is well-kept, and the amenities are a great bonus. I’m excited to be here and highly recommend this place—especially with Cynthia making the process so easy!
