Great Place to Live
Can’t say enough good things about the staff , Ana the manager is beyond helpful. Matt from building maintenance is knowledgeable and professional The property is always clean , quiet and very close to 1-4 HUGE PLUS our favorite place to go on weekends is wekiva state park /wekiva island literally just down the road .
The community is nice but don’t get unit on the first floor. You will hear stomping, LOUD crackling floors, dogs barking, sliding doors opening and closing. It is an absolute nightmare. I’m unfortunate to live underneath a stable of bisons stomping all night long where I have to sleep with earplugs on and still get woken up sometimes.
