A very bright light was installed above the stairwell and now shines directly into my bedroom window at night. It’s been very difficult to sleep because of it. I contacted management and was told to use blackout curtains, but no action was taken to adjust the light itself. This change was made without any prior notice to residents, and it has significantly affected my comfort in the apartment.
“The maintenance staff is always wonderful. I feel very comfortable around them and they always work around me being able to lock up the dog. I appreciate them immensely! “
