We have been living at Sabal Apartments for four years now, and I have to honestly say we are delighted. The properties are taken care of . If there is an issue it gets taken care of immediately. Office management are fantastic. Maintenance is fantastic. Everybody’s always polite and respectful.
Lived here for a short time but i will say for the price you cant beat it. The staff is always helpful and kind and take care of requests or concerns with you best interest in mind. I will say it is a little dated but after talking to one of the managers i was informed they're starting to make improvements on their units for a more updated and modern look. Great place to live so far and I'm looking forward to the next couple of years living here.
Apartments are good size, nice pool, and BBQ area. The fitness center is a small room with 4 pieces of equipment; not much there. A Pet Spa to reserve a space and bathe your family pets. The location is good, close to I-4, restaurants and Publix. The office staff, Victoria and Ana, are friendly, warm, and caring; accommodating and flexible with special requests; made sincere efforts to support residents' needs. I recently toured this apartment community, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of, which immediately set a positive tone for the entire visit. The leasing consultant was professional, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to understand what I was looking for in a home and tailoring the tour to fit my needs.
