No ethical values. All about money for them. My husband and I regretfully signed an agreement and gave a $25,000 deposit back in 2016. We were initially interested in The Shoals community but were told the vacant lot there was no longer available and ended up settling for a lot in Hidden Reserve instead. ALL BUYERS BEWARE!!! I relocated my family (wife + 2 kids with disabilities) from out of state hoping to buy an inventory home from Sabal homes in hidden reserve. There were countless builder delays and excuses. The builders son (Brian) had COVID. Sabal homes blamed another delay on waiting to receive a tree permit from the city. There were excuses and weekly delays about the pool lining and flooring being back ordered, etc. On our final walk through, the vent above the oven was badly damaged and needed to be replaced. Terrible seller.. I liked one of their home and tried buying but Ann Lee and family business trying to extract as possible money as they can by taking our need as an advantage and playing with our dreams..Decided to go to next door but Sabal Homes and Lee is terrible people and I didn't see interest and respect towards the buyers time and money.
We have built many homes over the years and one of our best, if not the best was with Sabal Homes. They were honest and professional. Warranty issues handled quickly without hesitation . We were very happy with everyone we worked with throughout the process and would highly recommend Sabal Homes.
