My experience with Dr. Saba Shah was fine at first, but halfway through our appointment she took a call which lasted way longer than it should have. She proceeded to rush me afterwards while aggressively prodding in my eyes, telling me she’d go see another patient in the meantime to “give me a break.” After I insisted we finish, because I, too, needed to return to work, she haphazardly completed the procedure and told me to come back in 6 weeks.
