Doctor & his staff are super careless. Don’t go there & don’t make him as your pcp. You will die but they don’t help you. If we want to talk on call with doctor the lady assistant said we will call you back in 5 minutes but they don’t. It happens 3 times with me. Much more disgusting about them. Just avoid them.
Terrible phone etiquette!!! I called from a Dr. office in regards to a patient and the person who answered lie about the Doctor not working there and hung up in my face. When I called back they didn’t answered and the answering service stated it’s the Doctor office o was asking for. I called off my personal number and she hung up on me again and called my number back cursing me and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE, THEE WORST PHONE ETIQUETTE
I had a wonderful experience getting my blood test done with RUBINA. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Not only was she extremely professional, but she was also super fast and efficient, making the whole process smooth and painless. I truly appreciate her warm demeanor and the way she ensured I was comfortable throughout. If you’re looking for someone skilled, compassionate, and quick, I highly recommend her!
